Cruise: Turkey and Greece, cont. # 15
Our stateroom
We've started our second week on the Encore. With a capacity of 600 passengers, the passenger count dropped from 270 (the first week) to 204. There are over 400 staff on the ship. Often, the severs are standing around during meal time. Although two housekeepers are in training, there are three housekeepers assigned to our room. Sheets changed every two days. One of the housekeepers must have been looking for something to do. She rearranged our walk-in closet. Shoes were perfectly lined up. Clothes on hangers were re-sorted. Items on our table were relocated to cabinets and drawers. We've decided to take this person home with us.
One of the ship's specialty restaurants offers gourmet Japanese food. The presentation, preparation and taste were amazing.
Getting ready for a great meal. "Kampai!"
Dessert: Black Sesame Ice Cream and Green Tea Pudding
Getting ready for a pretty sunset

Does this yacht belong to an "Oligarch?"
Interesting appetizer presentation: A shredded chicken concoction (with a smokey taste) is removed from this glass box.
Getting ready for a hearty breakfast and more touring
Chefs and staff compete: Who can make the best strudel? Fun watching the antics!
